These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website weylandyutani.site (the “Site”) and the services provided by Weyland Yutani Software and IT Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

Weyland Yutani Software and IT Solutions LLC provides technology services including, but not limited to:

Custom software development and engineering
Cloud infrastructure design, migration, and management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Managed IT services and 24/7 monitoring
DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation
AI and machine learning solutions
Network engineering and data analytics

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between the Company and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Site
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements — is the property of Weyland Yutani Software and IT Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written consent.

4. Client Work Product

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

All custom work product developed for a client shall be owned by the client upon full payment
The Company retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements
Pre-existing intellectual property and reusable frameworks remain the property of the Company

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of business. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEYLAND YUTANI SOFTWARE AND IT SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weyland Yutani Software and IT Solutions LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
